Unbelievably easy and such little time…more time to enjoy this traditional British pudding 🙂 As the recipe requires an egg there are no portion size options….but this dessert freezes and defrosts in the microwave in less than a minute so it really is worth making more.


You need: 125ml milk, 75 grams butter, 1 egg, 500ml boiling water


Three steps to deliciousness: Simply mix together 125ml milk, 50 melted butter and an egg to the main bag of the kit and pour into a greased baking dish. Top with the ingredients in the enclosed sachet, 25 grams of butter and 500ml of boiling water. Bake at 200C for 45 minutes. Please don’t use a glass baking dish as they just don’t work as well for this recipe – use a tin or silicone one.
