Homemade freshly roasted, ground and blended curry kit for you to make curries at home. This is a luxury blend with 17 herbs and spices. 1 unit serves one person.
All you need to add is your main ingredient (which could be meat, fish or vegetables), tomatoes (about 100g per person) and a little oil. The chilli powder is in a separate sachet so that you can add as much as you like. Serve with spiced rice or flatbread. One unit will serve one person.
You need: 1 tsp oil, 100g tin or fresh tomatoes, meat/fish/veg per portion
Heat oil in saucepan, add whole spices, once they pop add the onion and fry until golden, add the curry powder, stir for 30 seconds then add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. add the meat, fish or veg and you’re done.
Pimp it up:
– garnish with a sprinkling of fresh coriander leaves
– add coconut cream or fresh cream to the curry
– add yogurt to the curry at the end
