Heat some oil in a pan, add the whole spices followed by tomatoes and the ground spices. After a minute or so add the chicken and simmer. Follow the instructions on the curry kit packet.
Bring rice to boil in a pan with water then simmer for 20 minutes.
Thinly slice the cabbage and cucumber, grate the carrot and squeeze over some lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve up with a tablespoon of yogurt.
