Make time for you with our exquisite (yes, really) chai masala.
My mum had been on at me to make some chai masala – she’s a happy lady now, this is so much better than anything I’ve had before. This will impress your friends and colleagues.
Got five minutes? Then add a pinch to your cuppa when it’s brewing. Got time to make a song and dance of it? The make it Indian style: bring 1/3 cup milk, 2/3 cup water, tea and a pinch each of chai masala and sugar to the boil then simmer for a few minutes. Once in your cup, smell the aroma and wait until the temperature is just right…it’s so comforting. Keep some in your work drawer for when you need a hug!
Pimp it up:
– add more sugar if you like
– add it to hot chocolate…yum
– add it to your cooking: biscuits, cakes, casseroles, curries
