There are many benefits to keeping it local. We keep the local economy going as what you spend on your food goes to local producers who then spend their money locally which in turn helps local businesses and ultimately helps our local area.
Keeping it local also reduces the carbon footprint of nationwide distribution – something we really need to reduce.
And keeping it local improves that sense of community that is so important to our sense of wellbeing.
